OUR gift DESIGN PROCESS

Complete our contact form with key details, such as date, quantity, and event vision. We’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call within 1-3 business days.

During our discovery call, we'll discuss our custom gift design process and address any questions. If you decide we're a good fit, we'll move forward with a retainer fee and service agreement.

We will send you a proposal with an initial gift design concept that incorporates your chosen colors, product selections, packaging, and branding. We’ll collaborate to adjust the design to match your vision.

Once you’ve approved the final gift design and submitted payment in full, we will begin sourcing your selected products, packaging, and custom branding materials.

Upon receipt of selected products, packaging, and custom branding materials, we’ll assemble and ship or deliver gifts to the designated location.
